Rod Weckworth - Partner and cofounder

Rod Weckworth joined Rex Moore Electric as an apprentice and helped transform the two-man company into one with over $100 million in sales and 1200 employees. During Rod's stay at Rex Moore he began collecting "Thoughts to Ponder" and practicing success principles that would later become the foundation for Ponders & Principles, LLC. Rod is also the author and editor of "Ponders, Proverbs & Principles". He is a tireless advocate for the customer, chief architect of The Cabinet Forums and mentor.

 

Helena Weckworth - Partner and cofounder

Helena is director of finance, care operations and content development for Ponders. Helena is also a tireless advocate for customers and personally assists many sponsors with subscriber base mailers and Ponder's gifting. Helena has been the support that has transformed a kitchen table effort into a software company providing service to thousands of recipients and sponsors.

 

Alex von Allmen - Partner and cofounder

Alex is director of marketing, product and author partner development for Ponders. He is also the chief architect of the Touch365 software platforms (Upplet , Portal and GiftServer System).

As president of BrandMother and LogoLab, Inc. Alex has helped over 1500 businesses worldwide, including three Inc 500 firms, improve their clarity of vision and marketing positionings. Well known clients have included AT&T Wireless, Harvard University, VF Wrangler and Sutter Health. Alex has held product marketing, sales and finance positions with several Fortune 500 companies and startups. He has an MBA from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a BA from Vanderbilt University.

 

Angie Weckworth - Partner and cofounder

Angie services in marketing, care operations and content development for Ponders. She assists with customizing content, branding and giftware for sponsors. She also writes and administers e-newsletters that are sent to distributor partners and system subscribers.

Angie has a degree in IT services and securiy from Heald College.

 

Jim Packard - Business Development Partner

Jim  is a business development partner with Touch 365.  He has been an entrepreneur his entire life.  He started a business equipment company at age 28 with $500 and built it to $13 million before selling it to a fortune 500 company.  He’s also an inventor,  he has taken a number of products from concept to national sales.  Some of Jim’s products have appeared on QVC numerous times.  Jim was recently awarded Distributor of the year for a major network marketing company.  Jim divides his time between Scottsdale, Arizona and E. Winthrop, Maine.
